History

$SPACES was launched as a token on the Solana ecosystem on January 23rd, 2025. Originally launched as a meme coin for Solona’s largest proximity chat, the token saw immediate success in the idea - rallying to an almost $4,000,000 market cap and amassing 500,000 non-concurrent live listeners in less than 24 hours. Sadly, like most meme coins, in the weeks after the token suffered serious drawbacks. A lack of organization and non-existence of tokenomics ultimately led to its untimely death.

But before the token sailed off into the sunset, it was clear an idea to revolutionize the way we think of media was born.
